Knowing when to pause, reflect, and reset is essential in any high performing organisation. Over the course of my career, I have learned that creating space for clarity and thoughtful decision making leads to stronger outcomes, more resilient teams, and sustainable delivery.
I am an experienced Project Coordinator, working within multidisciplinary project teams to support the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of complex programmes. I bring a structured, strategic, and highly organised approach to managing operational responsibilities, ensuring that projects progress smoothly, risks are managed proactively, and stakeholders remain informed and engaged. My work is grounded in reliability, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of how projects operate within larger organisational systems.
Alongside my project work, I am also an accredited mindfulness teacher. I have found that these two disciplines complement each other exceptionally well, particularly within fast paced and high pressure environments such as healthcare and education. I integrate mindfulness principles into the way projects are run, not as an add-on, but as a practical approach to supporting focus, clear communication, and effective decision making.
My strength lies in combining structured project coordination with a calm, people centred approach, translating mindfulness into real world, operational settings through simple, evidence based tools. This enables teams to manage pressure, strengthen emotional resilience, and maintain momentum without unnecessary stress, supporting effective delivery while fostering healthier, more sustainable working, because lets face it… progress feels better when it comes without panic.
During 2025, I have written a few articles for Brainz Magazine. You can read them here.
