I have spent a number of years working with project teams and am an accredited mindfulness teacher who specialises in helping project teams stay organised, focused, and calm under pressure. I am passionate about working with high-performing, resilient teams that thrive in fast-paced environments without compromising wellbeing. I enjoy developing project ideas that emerge from organisational challenges, using structured problem solving and collaborative creative thinking to shape the organisational challenge experienced into viable initiatives. These are then delivered as proof-of-concept projects that test new ideas, processes, and ways of working, providing evidence of feasibility and impact before wider implementation.
Certified by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, an accreditation recognised by The British Psychological Society, I enjoying integrating evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) into my approach. This enables me to guide individuals and teams from a place of overwhelm toward greater clarity, calm, confidence and cohesion during our busy projects.
Alongside my professional project work, I am a passionate mixed media artist, surface pattern designer, and photographer. My creative practice is deeply rooted in mindful living, allowing me to capture moments of stillness, beauty, and connection. I am currently refining my artistic voice and building a thoughtful creative portfolio.
