About Me

Certified by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, an accreditation recognised by The British Psychological Society, I enjoying integrating evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) into my approach. This enables me to guide individuals and teams from a place of overwhelm toward greater clarity, calm, confidence and cohesion during our busy projects.

Alongside my professional project work, I am a passionate mixed media artist, surface pattern designer, and photographer. My creative practice is deeply rooted in mindful living, allowing me to capture moments of stillness, beauty, and connection. I am currently refining my artistic voice and building a thoughtful creative portfolio.

I believe mindfulness is most effective when it’s woven into the fabric of everyday working life and promotes the use of  simple, science-backed tools that help professionals navigate pressure, strengthen emotional resilience, and maintain focus in demanding project environments. My ability to adapt mindfulness to real-world business contexts and project settings in a calm and organised way is my superpower.
